Bio: Carlijn Compen

Carlijn Compen joined Canon Production Printing in 2007 after obtaining a Master's degree in industrial design at Eindhoven University of Technology. In her various roles as UX designer (in the Netherlands and Japan), portfolio director and head of design, she specialized in user-centered design and development in a high-tech R&D environment.

Since 2022, she's Vice President Software Development, where she leads and defines the strategic direction of the software development discipline at CPP. She focuses on strengthening the customer and user perspective in software development and in the CPP R&D organization.
