Bio: Dion Slijp

Dion Slijp is department head of R&D at Canon Production Printing, where he leads a software engineering department and chairs the Center of Expertise for AI. In this role, he supports the adoption and implementation of AI across the organization. After nine years as an entrepreneur, he returned to Canon with a strong focus on helping people thrive and enabling change. He values diversity, equity and inclusion as essential to building effective teams and sees it as a core part of his leadership approach.
